As our Practice Manager, you’ll work closely with these expert clinicians, deepening your knowledge of advanced dental care while shaping the future of our practice.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally, a background in dental or healthcare management (although not essential)
• A commercial mindset with a strong drive for success and growth
• Excellent communication skills that inspire and foster accountability across the team
• A proactive leader who quickly reacts to issues and seeks out opportunities for improvement
• A deep understanding of the patient experience, with a focus on turning opportunities into results
• The ability to influence, guide, and collaborate with clinicians, support teams, and external stakeholders
